CTQG Updates 

– Use the menu at the top right to find Guild Activities (such as Meetings, Workshops and Retreats) and Resources (Newsletters, Library holdings and more), as well as more information about our guild.

– We are also on Facebook. Click here for our public Facebook page.   CTQG members can also join our guild’s private Facebook group. A link to this can be found in the newsletter.

Programme and Meeting Dates

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month from September to June.

• NEW! From September to December and then again from April to June, meetings are in-person and held at Greenbelt Church, 839 Shefford Road, Gloucester. This is near #174 and Montreal Road exit, beside the SensPlex east. 
  • Note that our location has CHANGED and WE NO LONGER MEET AT MIFO (6600 rue Carriere in Orleans).
• January, February and March meetings are virtual, using Zoom.   

Meetings start at 7:30 p.m., both the in-person meetings and the virtual meetings.  For in-person meetings, doors at the Greenbelt Church open at 6:30, and the CTQG library will be open from 6:30 to 7:20. A friendly reminder that you must show your membership card at every meeting.  Replacement membership card $2.00 .  Membership cards are non-transferable.  Guests (non-members) are welcome to our guild meetings. The Guest fee is $5.00, payable at the door.

To find out about all our other activities, e.g. workshops, retreats, charitable endeavours, etc., go to the relevant page under the Guild Activities menu.  If you want to be reminded of what’s going in the guild, then please register as a member.  Membership is $40 for the year (which runs September to June), and has other benefits.
