CTQG Sew Days
Sew Days are held Monthly
Second Saturday of the month (usually)
Want a quick one day away to spend with friends and get some sewing done? Need a bigger space to spread things out?
Join us at the Notre Dame Des Champs Community Center, 3659 Navan Road, Navan, Ontario for in-person Sew Days.
* There is no need to sign up ahead of time for In Person Sew days. Show up with cash in hand between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. with cash in hand – $10 for members and $12 for non-members (exact change would be appreciated) and we’ll provide the space, coffee and tea, and fellow quilters.
* Irons, ironing boards, and an AccuQuilt Fabric Cutter are available on site (and we’ll be looking for a hand to bring them up from the basement), as is a kitchen.
* Many of you have seen one of Shirley M’s excellent Accuquilt demos. Check out the new Accuquilt Go Me! small fabric cutter. Plan ahead to cut your fabric at a Sew Day or retreat. And don’t forget, you can drop in any time at Sew Days or retreats to use the Accuquilt without charge. Here’s a link to check out which AccuQuilt Fabric Cutter dies we have available – http://
* Sew Days are no-frills. Participants set up their own sewing space, help with common set up, and bring their own lunch and snacks. Please remember that participants are also expected to help with packing up and putting away common areas (ironing, cutting, and Accuquilt tables), which will start at 4:30. If you have to leave early, please ask someone to cover pack-up for you.

Virtual Sew Days will be held via Zoom and are free. They are held from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Dates will be posted here when the next Virtual Sew Days are scheduled.
