Quilt Show Registration
Deadline to submit the Registration Form is midnight (ET) on April 12, 2022.
Insurance: Please ensure your quilt is insured under your personal household policy. We do not carry insurance to cover the value of the quilt.
Please read these two documents before submitting your registration:
You can register your quilt by completing online form below OR by downloading a document version and mailing via Canada Post or scanning and emailing.
After submitting your on-line registration form, you must refresh the page to register another quilt. You will receive a confirmation email for each submission.
