2024 Quilt Show – Quilt Registration

Deadline to submit the Registration Form is  midnight (ET) on May 14, 2024.

Insurance: Please ensure your quilt is insured under your personal household policy.  We do not carry insurance to cover the value of the quilt.

You can register your quilt by:

• completing the online form below OR
• downloading the Microsoft Word document version by clicking here then either submitting it in-person at a guild meeting or emailing it to ctqg.quilt.show.registrar@gmail.com

A separate Registration form must be completed for each entry.
For the on-line registration form, after submitting your form, you must refresh the page to register another quilt. You will receive a confirmation email for each submission.

Note: If your file size is too large to upload, here are some options to resize or compress:

•  crop out background. Less of the photo results in a smaller size of photo
•  send the photo to yourself by email, text, WhatsApp or messenger. (With email, sometimes after attaching the photo, you need to tap where it states the image size.) Then save the newly received photo. It should be smaller due to automatic compression done by these programs.
• On an Android phone, open photo in Gallery app. Click the edit icon (pencil) at bottom of screen. Then click the 3 dots at the top left corner. Next click “Resize image” and chose the appropriate option
